Not being a big fan of frames in HTML, Sean would be very open to suggestions of how to port the Rogues Gallery to a nested tables format. The usage of PHP and Perl is possible, so a design using server side scripting is most likely the best choice. Then for future updates David would only need to add a photo, a thumbnail, and new line in a text file with a name, caption, and such.
