I "tinkered" the wall contrast a little lighter so I could see the scratches and knots. Then I wondered if perhaps "the ancestor" saw the same sunset those many years ago as he/she was sitting down to the evening meal. I decided...in for a penny, in for a pound...so I gave the cabin walls a glow as if the fireside light was reflecting off of them. - Milda
